New solid tyres

For TCM electric and IC counterbalance forklifts working indoors on concrete, solid tyres are usually the sensible choice. No punctures, long life, and they shrug off the bits of steel and pallet nails that would flatten a pneumatic tyre by Friday. We press solid tyres on properly using hydraulic equipment, either at our Pinetown workshop or at your premises. If your TCM is doing repetitive warehouse work and you're sick of downtime from flats, this is the conversation to have.

Pneumatic tyres

TCM rough-terrain and outdoor units need air-filled or solid pneumatic-pattern tyres that can take uneven ground and give the operator some cushioning. We fit both tubed and tubeless types depending on the model and how hard the machine works. If your TCM forklift spends its day on gravel, paving or a loading area that's seen better days, pneumatic is what keeps the operator comfortable and the machine stable.

On-site fitting and replacement

Most TCM owners don't want to load a forklift onto a truck just to change tyres.
