Solid tyres for JAC machines

This is the bread and butter. Most JAC counterbalance forklifts — the CPCD20, CPCD25, CPCD30, CPCD35 and the heavier units — come fitted with solid rubber tyres from the factory. They don't puncture, they handle heavy loads, and they suit the mixed indoor-outdoor work a lot of Durban operations throw at them. We fit.

Either at your premises with our mobile unit or at the Pinetown workshop, whichever works for you. For a standard solid-tyre change on a counterbalance JAC, the machine's usually back in service the same day.

We check it over.

After fitting we make sure everything's seated and running true, and for pneumatics we set the correct pressure. We'll also flag anything else we spotted on the wheels while we were in there.

Quantity helps — changing a full set usually works out better per tyre than a single replacement.

Fitting is quoted separately and depends on whether you come to us or we come to you. Mobile fitting carries a call-out, but for most operations the downtime it saves more than covers it.
